Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant

LHC Group is seeking a skilled Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients in their homes.
Responsibilities:- Perform treatment and provide exercise instruction and patient education aimed at improving/enhancing the patient's well-being.
- Follow established plans of care and make recommendations for changes as needed.
- Coordinate care with other members of the healthcare team.
- Current licensed, registered, or certified to assist in the practice of physical therapy in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- One year of experience as a licensed PTA.
