Della Infotech seeks a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor patients throughout their treatment and ensure their well-being is maintained at all times.
• Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure, to identify any potential health issues.
• Assist patients with taking their medication as prescribed by their doctors.
• Collaborate with doctors and registered nurses to provide comprehensive care to patients.
• Liaise with patients' families to keep them informed about their loved one's condition and treatment plan.
Requirements:
• Completed LPN license program from an accredited institution.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of our patients.
• Empathy and compassion for patients and their families, understanding the importance of providing emotional support during difficult times.
• Ability to take instructions from doctors and nurses, working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Estimated Salary:
$65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
