Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of meals and snacks in alignment with the established menu and standardized recipes.
- Provide training to new staff on all dietary functions and responsibilities.
- Ensure residents receive their meals in a timely and courteous manner, adhering to safety and sanitation protocols.
- Manage the proper storage of food, cleanliness of equipment, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas, following safety and infection control standards.
- Work a 60-hour week.
- Ensure the correct usage of kitchen equipment, supplies, and dietary products.
- Maintain a safe working environment by following safety guidelines and promptly reporting any safety concerns to the Facility Administrator.
