Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Solutions Developer to join our team at Wolfspeed. As a key member of our Network Operations team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our complex infrastructure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain secure, reliable, and scalable infrastructure services that meet our ongoing and evolving business requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineers to design and implement servers, storage, containers, network, etc., and mentor team members on technical issues.
  • Ensure environment is monitored for resource utilization, performance, firmware, etc., and report findings to management with a plan to mitigate potential issues.
  • Develop and maintain complete technical documentation and communicate with users as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in infrastructure, particularly with VMware, NetApp, Openshift, Tanzu, and other container technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with business stakeholders to understand and define requirements for small projects and enhancements.
