  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Document client progress, identifying areas of improvement and making recommendations for future care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and industry developments

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing (BSN preferred)
  • Current, unrestricted license as an RN in the state(s) of practice
  • Current CPR certification and TB test
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse populations
