Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Engineering Services Lead to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for directing the mobile engineering services operation and maintenance of all assigned buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Operations Supervisor and/or Regional Operations Manager in directing the mobile engineering services operation and maintenance of all assigned buildings.
  • Provide direct support to field operations, performance metric tracking and reporting, and implement strategic material acquisition strategies.
  • Support the preparation of monthly/quarterly operations and mechanical reports, and prepare technical evaluations/deficiencies reports on existing mechanical systems and components.
  • Maintain staffing schedules, timekeeping and employment records for responsible areas in connection with planning, scheduling and execution of engineering/maintenance work.
  • Run status and performance reports from JLL CMMS (Corrigo).
  • Coordinate purchasing and inventory control procedures.
  • Attend periodic management/executive training seminars.
Requirements
  • Universal EPA 608 Certification
  • Minimum of six (6) years of technical and supervisory experience in building engineering with a strong background in technical aspects of packaged HVAC equipment repair, maintenance and overall system design and application
  • Candidate must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license
  • Excellent working knowledge of computer based applications and programs, including Word and Excel
  • Ability to perform on call duties and overtime as required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of overall MEP/HVAC system design and application
  • Experience managing work orders, utilizing CMMS technology
  • Experience working in a service-related role, specific to commercial facilities
