Job Summary

We are seeking a Nurse who is passionate about delivering compassionate care to patients in an outpatient dialysis setting. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care in a fast-paced environment, working collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis equipment
  • Work with patients who have multiple co-morbidities, requiring a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg settings is a plus
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification is a plus
