DaVita is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Patient Care Technician to join our team. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care and support to our patients with end-stage renal disease.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
  • Measure and record patient statistics, observations, and hemodialysis machine setup
  • Build long-term relationships with patients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, and social workers

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Desire to enter the healthcare field and care for others
  • Comfortable working around blood and needles
  • Ability to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
