Concrete Finisher

Fisher Industries, a leading provider of aggregate production and heavy civil construction services, is seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team.

• Work with our experienced concrete crew to ensure high-quality finishes on sidewalks, curbs, gutters, highways, roads, streets, ADA Ramps, and bridges.
• Operate equipment such as buckets and pump trucks to place and finish concrete.
• Apply horizontal tolerances and finish specs from hard trowel to heavy broom to achieve exceptional results.
• Use bull floats, brooms, and trowels to finish surfaces to meet client expectations.
• Patch horizontal and vertical concrete to meet ACI standards.
• Wear respirators for grinding and other required operations.
• Comply with all OSHA and company policies, procedures, and standards of safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 2-5 years of previous heavy civil concrete experience is preferred.
• Ability to use screeds and trowel floats to smooth concrete.
• Ability to climb ladders/stairs and tie-off to forms and lifts.
• Experience with patching that meets ACI standards for horizontal and vertical applications.
• Experience checking grades/elevations prior to and during pour to ensure FF&L tolerances are met.
• Ability to run a vibrator and/or work the pump hose.
• Hardworking individual with a positive attitude and great work ethic.
• Acceptable MVR in accordance with Fisher's Company Vehicle Program policy is required.
• Ability to complete work tasks under various adverse weather conditions.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and government background check is required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
