Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Organizational Performance Manager to join our team at University Health System. As a key member of our Women's Health Neonatal Intensive Care Services team, you will be responsible for documenting the Maternal Neonatal performance improvement process and ensuring ongoing quality of care initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
  • Document and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of quality initiatives
