IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at GSK Solutions Inc. As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to our users, ensuring their systems and applications are running smoothly.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing timely and effective technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues, including new equipment setup, network drive access, and network outages.
- Working closely with management and departments to discuss equipment performance and coordinate with service providers to resolve agency-wide and recurring issues promptly.
- Coordinating software installations, upgrades, and patching on PCs and VDIs, ensuring systems are up to date and secure.
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A minimum of 6 months of education or experience in information security, privacy, system/network administration and support, or application development.
- Proficiency with MS Office 365 Suite and ConnectWise Connect and Microsoft Teams for remote technical assistance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in computer technology and/or networking from an accredited college or high school diploma/GED, along with CompTIA A+ Certification, is highly desirable.
CompensationThe estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000-$80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
