Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and technicians to provide high-quality patient care and services.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase market share.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, OSHA, and state-specific laws and regulations.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with store management and district leadership to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
- BS in Pharmacy or Pharm D Degree from an accredited educational institution.
- Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
- Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.
- At least 1 year pharmacy experience, including prescription filling, recordkeeping, legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems, and insurance billing.
