We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavioral Analyst to join our team at ProCare Therapy in Kansas City, MO.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans based on principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to address challenging behaviors exhibited by individuals.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs to address challenging behaviors
  • Provide behavior analytic services to clients across various settings
  • Design and oversee implementation of data collection systems
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience
  • Board Certified Behavioral Analyst certification
  • Highly competitive compensation $40-50

Interview Process:
