Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Technician to join our team at Christian Brothers Automotive. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles.

Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Inspection and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify issues and develop effective repair plans.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Perform high-quality repairs and maintenance on vehicles, ensuring that all work is done to the highest standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with guests to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other technicians and service department staff to troubleshoot issues, meet deadlines, and deliver outstanding results.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician or mechanic.
  • Certifications: ASE certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve.
  • Skills: Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles, meeting or exceeding hourly goals, and possessing a strong aptitude for learning additional skills and processes.
  • Physical Demands: Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds, work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head, and walk/stand for the majority of their workday.
