Requirements:
  • Standard Teaching License with three years of teaching experience, preferably in the Cedar Rapids Community School District.
  • Experience with the Building Teacher Leadership Framework and the Iowa Core Standards.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform instructional decisions and drive student achievement.
