Job Summary

As a Financial Lines and Cyber Risk Auditor at Chubb, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our underwriting processes. Your primary responsibilities will include participating in Financial Lines and Cyber underwriting audits, analyzing audit results, and identifying trends and training needs to improve profitability. You will also act as a liaison to one or more lines of business or Financial Lines and Cyber business units, helping to develop and enhance the standardization, consistency, and efficiency of the audit process. Additionally, you will share underwriting best practices across towers, regions, and branches, and assist with special projects as assigned.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in Financial Lines and Cyber underwriting audits as assigned by the Audit Manager and coordinate audit findings with the team.
  • Analyze audit results and identify trends and training needs to improve profitability.
  • Act as a liaison to one or more lines of business or Financial Lines and Cyber business units.
  • Help develop and enhance the standardization, consistency, and efficiency of the audit process.
  • Share underwriting best practices across towers, regions, and branches.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum ten years of Financial Lines multiline underwriting experience.
  • Demonstrated technical expertise, product, and coverage knowledge for Financial Lines business, including D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Crime, KR, E&O, Financial Institutions products, Media, MPL, and Cyber Liability and Digitech products.
  • Strong Financial Analysis skills.
  • Familiarity with various systems, including CUW, Workview, Duck Creek, and Corporate Solutions.
  • Excellent communication, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, methodical, and organized.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of internal audit stakeholders.
  • Strong Word and Excel skills.
