Job Summary:

Strategic Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Wind Turbine Technician Trainee to join our team. As a Wind Turbine Technician Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting in the installation, maintenance, and repair of wind turbines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the installation of wind turbines, including tower erection, blade installation, and electrical connections.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubricating moving parts, inspecting electrical connections, and cleaning the turbine.
  • Identify and report any issues or defects with the turbine or its components.
  • Assist in the repair of wind turbines, including replacing faulty components and performing electrical work.
  • Work at heights and in confined spaces, as required.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as electrical or mechanical work.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
