Job Summary
We are seeking a Part-Time Client Service Associate to join our team. As a Client Service Associate, you will be the first and last point of contact for our clients, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their visit. You will be an invaluable member of our hospital team, working closely with our veterinarians and support staff to ensure seamless communication and exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients and their pets.
- Assist with client communication, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and providing information about our services.
- Support the veterinary team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and preparing medical records.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of hygiene and safety.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest veterinary practices and technologies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a veterinary practice or customer-facing role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, veterinarians, and support staff.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Availability to work a part-time schedule, including weekends and holidays.
