Position Overview
We are in search of a seasoned Senior Project Manager or Executive with extensive experience in ground-up commercial, healthcare, and multi-level construction initiatives. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven leadership track record, managing multiple project managers to ensure the successful execution of complex projects from pre-construction to completion, all while adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
Establish and nurture relationships with clients, playing a pivotal role in business development and contract negotiations.
Team Leadership:
Oversee and guide project teams, including senior project managers, project managers, superintendents, and engineers.
Project Execution:
Guarantee timely and budget-compliant project delivery, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and profitability.
Planning and Strategy:
Contribute to all facets of project planning, encompassing preconstruction, health and safety protocols, and financial oversight.
Performance Monitoring:
Utilize key performance indicators to assess ongoing projects, managing costs, unforeseen challenges, and overall performance.
Vendor Management:
Build a network of vendors and negotiate service agreements.
