Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Assistant to join our team in assisting the sales team in our communities in Rockledge, Port Saint John, Palm Bay, Merritt Island, and Satellite Beach, FL. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, supporting the sales team, and contributing to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff the sales office location and provide exceptional customer service to visitors.
  • Perform general office duties, including answering phones and responding to emails.
  • Greet office visitors and clients as they walk into the office.
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, marketing, and other duties as needed.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • High School diploma required, some college preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or professional role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects.
  • Experience with MS Office Suites, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Real estate license a plus.
