Ultrasound Technologist PRN Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Ultrasound Technologist PRN to join our team at TriCities Hospital. As an Ultrasound Technologist PRN, you will be responsible for preparing patients, collecting relevant information, and performing sonographic exams following defined protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare patients for exams, including explaining procedures and positioning patients
  • Collect relevant information for completion of procedures, including medical history and patient demographics
  • Perform sonographic exams, including vascular and abdominal exams
  • Compile and maintain accurate records, including patient information and exam results
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and patient care
Requirements:
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Ultrasound or training in Ultrasound in a hospital program
  • One year of experience as a Vascular and/or Ultrasound Technologist
  • ARRT or RDMS Registered
