Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Manage all aspects of assigned properties, including leasing, rent collection, and maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants to promote customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Negotiate lease/contracts with contractors and vendors to secure the best possible terms.
  • Monitor and manage operating expenses to ensure financial stability and profitability.
  • Oversee properties' personnel and assess its performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performance.

Estimated Salary: $29 - $34 per hour
