Mortgage lenders require regular updates on their properties, and FAR Inspections helps facilitate this process by hiring independent contractors for occupancy verifications.

This role involves inspecting residential properties to verify occupancy and report on their general condition. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for completing inspections in assigned territories, which may involve traveling to multiple locations.

The typical inspection takes around 5-6 minutes to complete, and you are expected to submit reports within 4 days after assignment. A brief form completion and photo submission are also part of the process.
