Qualifications

We are in search of an educated, motivated, and goal-oriented individual to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

  • Availability during weekdays and some weekends.
  • A high school diploma is mandatory; some college education is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or professional capacity is advantageous.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong time management skills are essential.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively is crucial for success in this role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A real estate license is a beneficial asset.
  • Background checks will be conducted.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the sales office and deliver outstanding customer service to all visitors.
  • Perform general office tasks, including answering calls and responding to inquiries.
  • Welcome clients and guests as they arrive at the office.
  • This position is part-time, averaging around 30 hours per week, with hourly compensation.
  • Demonstrate the ability to thrive in a high-traffic customer environment.
  • Establish rapport quickly with each customer.
  • Possess a foundational understanding of current technology for reporting and social media.
  • This role requires some weekend work hours.
