About the Company:

Kimmel & Associates is a national design-build GC and construction management firm in Alpharetta, with a focus on mission critical and industrial projects.

We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients.

About the Position:

The Estimator will be responsible for preparing and coordinating the preparation of complete and accurate estimates on Design/Build projects. This includes preparing the proposal package, which includes preliminary schedule, clarifications, comprehensive estimates and quantity survey, among other project-specific documents.

The successful candidate will build effective relationships with team members, external customers, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience related to data centers, manufacturing facilities or any projects with a high level of electrical estimation expertise is required.
  • Proficient with Onscreen Takeoff software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organization skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Possess a strong work ethic.
