Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Identity and Access Management Engineer to join our team at Cloud Security Services. This role is pivotal in ensuring the security and efficiency of our identity management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identifying, defining, and evaluating client needs to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Architecting effective identity management frameworks.
  • Executing, validating, and maintaining these frameworks to ensure optimal performance.
  • Providing expert advice and knowledge transfer through comprehensive documentation, presentations, and informal training sessions.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with PingFederate, PingAccess, and/or PingDirectory, including their design, implementation, and integration in extensive and intricate environments.
  • At least 5 years of experience in designing and deploying Identity and Access Management systems.
  • A Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Security, or Information Systems) or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficiency in IAM protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OIDC, FIDO (U2F, UAF, CTAP, WebAuthn), XACML, Kerberos, and SCIM.
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts including federation, single sign-on (SSO), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC), Zero Trust, and Passwordless authentication.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) cloud environments, particularly AWS.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • A proactive individual capable of working independently or as part of a team.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certifications in PingFederate, PingAccess, and PingDirectory.
  • Familiarity with Ping Identity's PingOne solutions, including PingOne for Customers, PingOne for Workforce, PingID, as well as their Davinci (Orchestration), Fraud Detection, Risk Management, MFA, and Identity Verification features.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (shell, PowerShell, Perl, OGNL, regular expressions).
  • Programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, and Node.
  • Understanding of DevOps principles and related technologies, especially containers and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Information Security certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
