Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Driver to transport our team members between Hilo and Waikoloa. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently and safely operating company-owned vans and other designated vehicles, adhering to all traffic rules, regulations, and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safety and Operations
    • Safely operate company-owned vehicles, adhering to all traffic rules, regulations, and safety protocols.
    • Plan routes and schedules to ensure timely drop-off and pick-up.
  • Vehicle Maintenance
    • Maintain and fuel vehicles as needed, keeping them clean and in good working condition.
    • Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on vehicles to identify any issues or potential risks.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Communicate and coordinate effectively with team members to ensure successful transportation.
    • Address any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, striving to provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent education.
    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
    • Proven experience as a Driver or similar role preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Customer-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $25.00, DOE.
