We are seeking a reliable and skilled Valet Attendant to join our team at the Grand Naniloa Hotel Hilo - a DoubleTree by Hilton. As a Valet Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by driving and parking vehicles, handling guest luggage, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

• Vehicle Management: Safely drive and park guest vehicles in the parking lot, ensuring they are secure and easily accessible.
• Luggage Handling: Carefully handle and document guest luggage, ensuring it is stored in a secure area.
• Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional service to guests, responding to their needs and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient valet service.

• Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Physical Ability: Have the physical capacity to lift heavy luggage and run to the parking lot for vehicle retrieval.
• Communication Skills: Possess strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing superb guest service.
