Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at U.S. Pipe. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our plant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise Maintenance Crew: Lead and direct a team of maintenance personnel in performing repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of all plant equipment, including scheduling and coordinating repairs, and ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and control inventory levels of spare parts and materials, ensuring adequate stock levels to minimize downtime.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with established quality standards, and that all equipment is properly maintained to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with production supervisors, maintenance personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the plant.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: 4 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, with 2 years in a foundry preferred.
  • Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
