Production Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our team at LaMotte Company. As a Production Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
- Operate various manufacturing equipment, ensuring quality and conformance to standard operating procedures.
- Assist with equipment setup and perform routine and preventive maintenance as needed.
- Verify that products meet specifications, including lot numbers, manufactured date, expiration date, labeling, color, and other requirements.
- Ensure accurate labeling and documentation of products.
- Monitor and report any major problems to the Shift Manager.
- Ability to operate manufacturing equipment with training.
- Good mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication, judgment, decision-making, and troubleshooting skills.
- $19.00/hr. and $1.00/hr. shift differential.
