FCS, Inc is seeking a skilled Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our team in a correctional setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive mental health care to patients, including case management and substance abuse counseling services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide mental health case management services to patients in a correctional setting
- Deliver substance abuse counseling services to patients
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop treatment goals
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a related field (e.g. psychology, social work)
- Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) certification
- Experience working in a correctional setting or with similar populations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
