About the Position

We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists to join our team for the upcoming school year. This full-time, W2 Contract position offers an estimated salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

This role involves working with multiple caseloads based on candidate preference, collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in students. As an SLP, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, provide direct therapy services, and participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication skills
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to address students' specific communication goals
  • Provide direct therapy services to students individually and in group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to integrate therapeutic strategies into the classroom environment
  • Offer consultation and support to parents/guardians regarding strategies to promote communication development at home
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and student progress
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or eligibility for clinical fellowship (CFY)
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
