About the Role:
This exciting opportunity is available at Randstad USA, where you will play a crucial part in helping companies find the right employees to boost productivity. As a Staffing Sales Consultant, your main objective will be to develop strong relationships with hiring managers, identify client prospects, and negotiate service pricing.
About You:
We're looking for individuals with 1-3 years of sales and business development experience. A strong history of being exceptional in previous roles is essential. You should also possess excellent communication skills and be able to connect with others through various means. Experience working in a fast-paced organization is highly valued, along with a track record of delivering results in a metrics-driven environment. A passion for results, resilience, self-confidence, and the desire to do an exceptional job are must-haves. Additionally, you should be able to work in the office at least 2 days a week and visit client sites located in areas with limited public transportation.
The Salary:
The estimated salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on qualifications and performance. This includes a competitive base salary and bonus plan, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plans, and paid time off.
