Job Description: Patient Support Specialist

  • Assist patients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while maintaining their dignity and respect.">
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.">
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, charting, and communication with healthcare professionals.">
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge in patient care and support.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred; certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) required.">
  • 2+ years of experience in patient care and support, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.">
