Role Overview: We are looking for a seasoned professional in the manufacturing industry with a strong background in cost management and financial planning & analysis. This pivotal position acts as the "Site CFO," managing the Profit and Loss (P&L) and playing a vital role in the leadership team, significantly influencing the financial performance of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the operations team to develop financial plans and monthly forecasts, ensuring alignment on assumptions and execution strategies.
  • Support operational teams in achieving annual cost reduction targets, including productivity and expense management.
  • Oversee the establishment of annual standard costs and implement necessary interim adjustments.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end closing processes and reconciliation of key financial accounts.
  • Engage in daily operational meetings to ensure financial records accurately reflect operational activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in finance and accounting, with a proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • In-depth knowledge of cost accounting principles and proficiency in Oracle manufacturing systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, essential for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, including financial modeling and pivot tables, along with familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Completion of an MBA, CMA, or CPA program.
  • Experience in developing enterprise performance management reports and familiarity with Oracle ERP and Business Intelligence tools.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $95,000, reflecting our good faith estimate of potential compensation. Additional benefits include eligibility for bonus/incentive pay, comprehensive health insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
