Position Overview:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is actively seeking a skilled Litigation Legal Assistant to support our client's operations in Seattle. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of five years of experience in civil litigation, particularly within casualty litigation and insurance sectors. This position is essential for providing thorough assistance to attorneys, ensuring effective management of case details, and maintaining compliance with all legal deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist attorneys in the preparation for trials, hearings, and various legal proceedings.
  • Oversee electronic filings and guarantee adherence to Washington state and federal court regulations.
  • Organize and maintain case files, documentation, and evidence systematically.
  • Manage docketing and scheduling to ensure all legal deadlines are met consistently.
  • Draft legal documents, correspondence, and reports as necessary.
  • Deliver outstanding client service and manage client communications with professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications:
  • At least five years of experience in civil litigation.
  • In-depth knowledge of Washington state and federal court rules and procedures.
  • Exceptional secretarial skills, including typing, transcribing, and editing legal documents.
  • Strong organizational abilities and capacity to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism and capability to work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and familiarity with Net Docs is preferred.

Compensation: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
