Key Responsibilities
  • Approve all incoming visitors and manage visitor control systems to maintain a secure environment.
  • Print/issue company badges and onboard new employees, ensuring they have the necessary access and training.
  • Perform access control functions for employees and visitors, controlling access to sensitive areas and ensuring authorized personnel only.
  • Manage training records and monitor live/recorded security camera systems to detect and prevent potential security threats.
  • Assist with the implementation of security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule, ensuring the security of our facilities and data.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
