Position Type: Part-Time

Role Summary

The Merchandise Inventory Coordinator is responsible for maintaining optimal stock levels within the retail environment. This includes performing daily inventory audits, managing product tracking, and ensuring quality assurance throughout the distribution process.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Processing incoming stock and ensuring timely replenishment of merchandise on the sales floor.
  • Monitoring stock levels consistently and communicating needs effectively.
  • Maintaining an organized and clean back-of-house area to meet operational standards.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures to minimize inventory loss.
  • Affixing price tags and sensor tags, as well as preparing merchandise for display.
  • Cleaning and maintaining display cases, shelves, and aisles.
  • Participating in regular inventory audits on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Upholding visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Complying with inventory control protocols.

Supervisory Role: This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

Successful candidates will possess the following:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One to three months of related experience or training.

Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and maintaining a high level of mobility throughout the workday.
