About the Job

This is a unique opportunity to join the US Census Bureau as a Field Representative. As a Field Representative, you will be responsible for collecting survey data from respondents in the field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct door-to-door surveys to collect data from respondents.
  • Communicate with respondents, supervisors, and other stakeholders as needed.
  • Read and explain survey materials to respondents.
  • Enter accurate and complete data into a laptop computer or onto survey forms.
  • Maintain personal payroll records.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team.
