Key Responsibilities
  • Install and Configure Fire Sprinkler Systems: Install and perform basic programming of fire sprinkler systems and devices to ensure they meet operational standards.
  • Inspect Fire Sprinkler Systems: Inspect fire sprinkler systems and related equipment to ensure they meet operational standards and identify any potential issues.
  • Troubleshoot and Repair System Malfunctions: Troubleshoot and repair system malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • Maintain Accurate Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of service calls and completed work to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 Years of Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience with fire sprinkler systems and a strong understanding of fire safety regulations.
  • NICET Certification: NICET Certification in Fire Sprinkler (Level 1 or higher) is required.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Excel and email communication.
  • Strong Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Familiarity with NFPA Standards: Familiarity with NFPA standards and local fire codes is required.
