About the Role

We are seeking a talented Hand Therapist - Occupational Therapist to join our team in East Naples, FL. As a Hand Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing high-quality hand therapy services to patients and customers.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Implement evidence-based practices and employ best practices for individualized patient care
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with facilities and clients
  • Stay current with Occupational Therapy research and employ Evidence-Based Practice (RCB, clinician expertise, patient perception)
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy
  • National registration and state licensure or registration required
  • Minimum 1+ year recent hand therapy experience or newly licensed Occupational Therapist graduates with level 2 fieldwork in hand therapy
  • CPR certification
  • Valid state driver's license
