Job Title: Physical Therapist - Manual Therapy
Location: Naples, Florida
Salary: $130,000 compensation package (including $80,0000 salary, bonuses, and other incentives)

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our fast-growing clinic in Naples, FL. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional manual therapy services to active adults, focusing on orthopedic conditions. The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience in manual therapy and demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care. Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic conditions.
  • Deliver high-quality manual therapy, rehabilitation, and strength training during 1-hour sessions with each patient.
  • Establish rapport and build trust with patients by providing compassionate care and personalized attention.
  • Continuously educate and empower patients to take an active role in their recovery journey.
  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Uphold company core values of prioritizing people first and patients second in all interactions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
  • Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Manual Therapist in the state of Florida.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in orthopedic manual therapy.
  • Must have experience in any of the following: Acute care setting, In patient rehab, Skilled nursing facility, Home health, Outpatient rehab.
