Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team in our Fort Worth office. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with local communities and organizations, while maintaining open lines of communication for future sales opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a strong local network and in-person relationship building in the community

Requirements
  • A state insurance license or willingness to earn one with training and support in Property & Casualty, and Life
  • Ability to learn insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines
  • Familiarity with finding, building and growing leads and customer base
