About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in facilities management, construction management, or business management. You will lead a team of trades and maintenance staff, overseeing major repairs, remodeling, and new construction projects. Your expertise in state and federal codes and regulations, such as OSHA and ADA requirements, will ensure compliance and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors and trades staff
* Develop and manage budgets and financial analysis for capital improvement projects
* Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and codes
* Oversee maintenance and repair activities, including grounds, roads, parking lots, and sidewalks
* Provide leadership and guidance to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements
* 4 years' experience in facilities management, construction management, or business management
* At least 2 years of supervisory experience, leading a team of trades and maintenance staff
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Facilities Management, or a related field
* Strong knowledge of state and federal codes and regulations
