Position Overview:

The Culinary Team Member is responsible for preparing high-quality dishes that meet guest expectations and enhance food revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepares meals according to specified portion and quality standards outlined in recipes or as directed by the supervisor; manages food usage to reduce waste.
  • Prepares for the following day's tasks on a daily basis.
  • Informs the supervisor of low inventory levels; assists with receiving supplies and conducting inventory as needed.
  • Maintains cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen that comply with state and local health regulations as well as franchise requirements.
  • Reports any unsafe or malfunctioning equipment to the supervisor.
  • May assist with dishwashing or other kitchen tasks as required.
  • Responds promptly to guest inquiries in a courteous manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Adheres to company policies and procedures.

Work Environment:

This position requires working evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Overtime may be necessary.

Exposure to common household cleaning agents is expected.
