About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead our company's daily operations and ensure its smooth progress. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our business processes, coaching our staff, and overseeing our company's procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business operations, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to plan and execute various operational activities. They will be an excellent communicator, able to work with different departments, and have a deep understanding of business functions and principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with senior management to make decisions on operational activities and set strategic goals.
  • Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of the business to ensure smooth progress.
  • Supervise staff from different departments and provide constructive feedback.
  • Regularly evaluate the efficiency of business procedures and apply improvements.
  • Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation.
  • Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability.
  • Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation.
  • Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors.
  • Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics.
  • Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations.
