About the Job:

This full-time position pays between $30.00 and $50.00 per hour, depending on experience. As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will perform a variety of tasks, including keeping our buildings running smoothly, fixing HVAC systems, and handling work orders. You'll also respond to after-hours emergencies on a rotating schedule, ensuring our tenants receive prompt assistance when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform essential plumbing, maintenance, and repair tasks
- Fix HVAC systems and other building equipment
- Handle work orders, coordinate maintenance tasks, and contribute to the overall efficiency and safety of the property
- Respond to after-hours emergencies on a rotating schedule
