Qualifications

Entry Requirements

Education - A high school education is required, with some college preferred.

Retail Experience - 1 year of experience in a retail management role is required.

Supervisor/Managerial Experience - 1 year of management experience is preferred.

Physical Requirements

Standing for up to 8 hours, carrying up to 40 pounds, climbing and balancing on ladders, bending at the waist, lifting up to 40 pounds, kneeling and squatting on the ground, and reaching above the shoulder frequently.

Work Schedule Requirements

Assistant Store Managers are required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with the possibility of working more hours depending on the time of year and store needs. They may be required to work nights, weekends, and during peak holiday periods.
