Job Summary

The Utility Worker plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of food services in our kitchen. This position requires a team player who can perform a variety of duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and prepare equipment for pot washing
  • Record and report temperatures to ensure proper cleaning and sanitizing
  • Sanitize and clean kitchen equipment and floors
  • Transport food carts and respond to customer concerns
  • Communicate with supervisors regarding food service issues
  • Participate in data collection for quality improvement
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a hotel/restaurant dishwasher or janitorial/cleaning position preferred
  • A high school diploma or equivalency preferred, not required
