Housekeeping Specialist

As a Housekeeping Specialist at Crothall Healthcare, Inc., you will provide exceptional cleaning, floor care, and project services to our clients. You will work closely with our team to ensure a safe and reassuring environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

• Demonstrate knowledge of department policies and procedures.
• Utilize efficient cleaning techniques, solutions, equipment, and tools to maintain high standards.
• Perform all cleaning, floor care, and project assignments within your area of responsibility or as directed by your supervisor.
• Provide related services, such as bed moves, changing mattresses, and stocking supplies.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and storage areas in clean, orderly, and good operating condition.
• Interact hospitably, cheerfully, and supportively with staff, patients, visitors, and work colleagues.
• Respond rapidly and thoroughly to emergencies, special needs, spills, and other situations.
• Accept suggestions and direction from supervisors and hospital staff.
• Honor department attendance, break, behavior, dress, and safety codes.
• Accept and absorb department and hospital education programs.
• Exercise good judgment while working around patients and visitors.
• Remain professional at all times.
• Take initiative in rendering service or responding to needs.
• Assist other associates as necessary.

• One to two years of experience as a housekeeper or service worker preferred.
• Strong command of English is preferred.
